J J September 27, 2023. Our experiences with Hunter Exteriors have been excellent. We first hired Jason years ago for a small roof repair and he was knowledgeable and explained the source of the problem. The repair was completed well and in a timely fashion. Jason matched existing shingles to ensure it was a seamless as possible. More recently, we had to file a claim for an entire roof replacement under our homeowner’s policy. Jason advised us throughout and made the process as easy as possible. As with many projects, it became more involved as we began to peel back the onion and we discovered we also needed replacement of portions of our siding due to mistakes in the original roof installation process. Jason was able to document everything thoroughly for insurance and got the approval to proceed. He checked on the job daily (either in person or through status reports) throughout the weeks-long process. He worked to integrate the various required pieces and parts to ensure as little disruption and exposure to us as possible. And, he made sure the job site was well maintained and thoroughly cleaned at the end. We wholeheartedly recommend this business.

Bob Claffey June 29, 2023. We're very happy with the new windows and siding installed by Jason and his crew. He was very professional, explained all the options and he followed through every strep of the way. No surprise extra costs, or add-ons. And when the custom shutters didn't come in on time, he followed up with the manufacturing company and let us know what to expect and he followed through. The shutters went up a week late, but it was no fault of Hunter Exteriors. Final payment wasn't required until every last thing was wrapped up. And Jason did resolve everything, very much to our satisfaction. The house looks great and has a major upgrade in windows and siding. Although it was a major investment it has added significant value to our house (which looks brand new too). Thank you Jason, highly recommended & will use again.

I got many quotes from other companies around charlotte and Hunter’s exterior was by far the most reasonable. Communication was great, and I thrilled with the siding and windows. Can’t recommend them enough.

“In September of last year we had to replace our roof and other items due to hail damage. The Superintendent responsible for total project management including scheduling, ordering materials and all work performed was Jason Beadnell. I can say without any reservation that we were very satisfied with his courteous manner, professional attitude and quality of work. Jason was very helpful in the initial stages of identifying damaged areas/items, communicating with and negotiating with the insurance carrier insuring that all damaged items were included in and covered by our contract. He was accessible prior to work beginning, on site every day and called at the end of the work day to inform about the next day’s scheduling and to inquire if all was going as anticipated. He made sure that all work functions wee coordinated and schedules were met. We are pleased to say that he was very concerned about workplace cleanliness and all of his people were very respectful of our home and ourselves. I have been involved in the construction industry for 49+ years and was responsible for all phases of project management, therefore I am very respectful of someone who has the talent to undertake and successfully complete projects in a timely manner.
