Executive:

Jason Beadnell, Owner

Jason Beadnell has been in the construction business since he was old enough to swing a hammer. He has done everything from being a salesman to a manager running a multi-million dollar company. Jason started Hunter Exteriors in 2008 after traveling the country and fine tuning his trade.

Growing up on a farm in a small town, Jason takes what he’s learned from being raised there and applies it toward how he runs his company. He is a strong believer that customer service has to be equal to quality and workmanship. When you’re a customer of Hunter Exteriors, Jason aims to treat you as a friend and not just a customer. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and their two children. They have a 3 year old boy and a 5 year old girl. In his spare time Jason is an avid fisherman and hunter.

Production:

Stephen Newman, Production Manager

Growing up in Central Florida and being surrounded by family and family friends in the construction/remodel industry. Stephen Newman learned early in life that the value of an honest day’s work and completing every job with gained knowledge to have a professional eye for detail is the key to turn a job well done into a job that is outstanding.

While setting his sights on Charlotte to call home in 2007. He, his wife, and 1st born daughter (who was 1 at the time) moved to Charlotte to start a not only start a new chapter in their lives but also continue to build his reputation as quality builder and remodel expert. He has been in the construction industry for almost 30 years with experience in new construction and remodel/renovation. With a vast knowledge of construction codes, building techniques and the ever-changing building material requirements, he takes pride in knowing that every project will be completed to best it possibly can. This he does to ensure that all involved parties are pleased and proud of the finished product.

Stephen Newman and his wife are the proud parents of 2 daughters (16 years old and 6 years old). They enjoy watching them play sports such as T-ball, softball, soccer, and basketball each season. Also, he joins in every year and helps coach as well. They enjoy traveling as a family and always try to make friends with everyone they meet.
